A chronic patient of Asthma, since childhood, broke into tears. After attending the KENOSIS FOUNDATION, she was so greatful to Rushivar. Her narration touched us.

Shauryaji said - every night she cannot just sleep after 1 to 2 am , its like she has no next moment for her, she struggles for breath and its sort of impossible for her next moment existence. As a result of KENOSIS FOUNDATION, she said -- she could sleep for the first time for full night,undisturbed , as far as her memory goes....wow, we were so moved...ofcourse she admitted she had body ache because of stretching exercises. .. during the PROACTIVE MEDITATION, I discovered that something very cool and soothing entering my body from top. and fire like heat is leaving my body from behind, entering the earth...is something much more while undergoing this fantastic FEEL, than explaing in words. The positive energy is cool and welcomed, while the negativity is fire like and we want to get rid of it.
